A counsellor will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We endeavour not to hold a long waiting list for appointments, and you would normally be offered an appointment within two weeks.

We do not offer online or telephone counselling. All our sessions are one to one between you and your counsellor on a regular basis agreed with you.
