What Happens when I contact Space4U?

You contact us by calling 07982-467720

You will probably get the Voicemail, which will ask you to leave your name, a phone number, and some idea of when you could be reached.

Someone will ring you back within the next few days.  They will check it is OK for you to talk, and then ask you a little about why you are calling.  They will also want to answer any questions you have.

If you decide to give counselling a go, they will make an appointment for you to have a half-hour Assessment session.  This is so that we can see whether counselling will help you.
